Nagoya’s Best Maid Cafe Experience started with a Joyous Opening!
On May 10, 2025, also known as Maid Day in Japan, at-home cafe made its debut in the Tokai region by officially opening the doors to its Nagoya Osu Main Location, marking a major milestone as its first-ever maid cafe in Nagoya!
Founded in Akihabara in 2004, at-home cafe enters its 21st year with an exciting new challenge, joining its existing cafes in Akihabara and Osaka to now welcome Masters and Princesses in Nagoya's vibrant Osu district.
From the moment reservations opened, over 240 Masters and Princesses secured entry, quickly filling both the 2nd and 3rd floors, resulting in wait times of up to 180 minutes. We are deeply thankful for the incredible support from so many Masters and Princesses who visited on this special day.
A New Landmark in Nagoya

Located right next to Akamon, the new Nagoya Osu Main Location aims to become a beloved local landmark. Masters and Princesses are greeted at the entrance by a charming floral display and a grand welcome screen showcasing an exclusive Nagoya introduction video, a delightful free-viewing area that introduces the magical world of at-home cafe.
The vibrant lobby is full of playful color, featuring an original chandelier design and the at-home cafe logo adorning the ceiling. You'll notice that the chandeliers on the 1st-floor lobby and staircase differ in design, offering a visual shift as you move through the space.

2nd Floor
The 2nd floor introduces a playful theme that uses nine different colors to create a toybox-like, energetic world. Unlike our usual cafes that follow a specific theme color, this one embraces a vibrant mix, creating a lively, mood-boosting atmosphere filled with vitamin tones. It's a space meant to recharge your spirit.
Classic & Elegant –3F Maid Cafe Space
3rd Floor
The 3rd floor is an entirely different experience. Featuring classic elegance with our signature at-home cafe image color, this space is cozy yet adorable, complete with a stage and large LED screen perfect for maid performances and surprise shows.
While the 2nd floor uses rounded motifs, the 3rd floor embraces diamond designs, adding another layer of charm to each space. Each floor tells its own story through color and shape.

The grand opening featured a surprise ceremony with legendary maid hitomi, super premium maid Fuwaru, and premium maids Sui and Chiakyun performing original songs and greeting Masters and Princesses. The energy in the room soared as the opening music played, with cheers filling the space.
