Reservations are not required but highly recommended due to long queues!

Moe Moe Kyun is a magical chant created here and performed by our maids to bring good fortune and extra deliciousness to your food!

Can I take photos with the maids?

Yes! You can take special Cheki photos with our maids as a memorable keepsake!

Do you offer special birthday services?

Yes! We offer special birthday services which includes a cake, or a Cheki photo with all the maids of the cafe at the stage!

A maid cafe is a themed cafe where customers are treated like special guests, as Masters or Princesses of a mansion. Our maids, dressed in cute (and kawaii!) uniforms, serve food and drinks while creating a friendly and fun atmosphere.

As a family or a couple, can we enjoy our time at a maid cafe?

Yes! We always do our best to make sure the maid cafe experience is fun for all our Masters or Princesses that decide to visit.

When we enter, will we be assigned a maid?

Maids work on a rotating schedule, so during your visit, most of the maids you interact with will be different, except for the one you order a cheki (Polaroid) with!

Not only are we the maid cafe where 'moe moe kyun' was born (now a beloved part of the shared maid cafe culture), but we also strive to make our cafes a safe space where both our maids and our Masters and Princesses feel at ease. 1 - Take your photo

Use a PHOTOISM x at-home cafe collaboration frame. Keep the original photo file.

2 - Share it on social media

Post the photo on your own public X, Instagram or TikTok account. Add the campaign hashtag and tag our official account on the same platform:

3 - Send your entry

Open the entry form. Send the link to your post and upload the unedited original photo. Complete the form before the deadline.

Before you enter

One photo shoot and one social media post count as one entry. You may enter more than once with a new photo shoot and a new post each time.
Do not reuse the same photo. Other people’s photos and posts from private accounts are not valid.
For a group photo, only one person may enter with that photo. Other people in the group need separate photo shoots to enter.
Your social media photo may be edited, but the photo uploaded to the form must be the unedited original.
People outside Japan may enter. This does not mean the collaboration is available at every PHOTOISM location.

How will winners hear from us

Winners will be contacted by email within two weeks after entries close.

Can I enter more than once?

Yes. One photo shoot and one public social media post count as one entry. For each additional entry, take a new photo and create a new post.

What makes an entry invalid?

Reusing the same photo, using someone else’s photo or posting from a private account will not count as a valid entry.

Can everyone in a group photo enter?

Only one person may enter with a group photo. Other people in the group need separate photo shoots for their own entries.

Can I edit the photo I post?

Yes. You may crop, blur, mosaic or edit your social media photo. Upload the unedited original photo to the entry form as proof.

Can I enter from outside Japan?

Yes, people outside Japan may enter. Check your local PHOTOISM announcements before visiting, as availability may vary by country and store.
